Cake to Rock the 200km Audax headed out from it HQ at the Kendal Rugby Club to the edge of the scenic Trough of Bowland via Kirby Lonsdale before heading towards Preston and onto Blackpool.
After a quick stop a refuel the Audax route headed away from Blackpool towards Lancaster and Carnforth.
